About The Server

1.  No Griefing (Listen, don't break stuff or kill things without offering to help fix or replace them... PLEASE, this is a gentlemen's server, act like a Hermitcrafter) (If you take stuff, do your best to give it back)  
2. No Cursing (If you are not sure if a word is a curse, do not use it) NOTE: If you curse habitually, I know many of you do, and one 'slips' out, it's fine if you recognize that we've asked you not to do that and apologize. In other words, just make it clear you aren't breaking the rules on purpose.
3. No PVP for no reason (If there is good-natured murder among friends, help them get their stuff back and stuff)  
4. No Spamming (Please only use caps if you intend to yell and do not repeat things over and over, it is a waste of time.)  
5. No Editing Spawn (Do not break things in or around the spawn chunk.) Only build shops close to spawn, everything else must be 100+ blocks away. 
6. Do not ask for admin status.  
7. Pranks: Pranks are allowed as long as they do not result in the loss of any items on the part of the victim. Please do not cause a person to glitch intentionally, lag the server, or anything that would be...not gentlemanly.  
8. Currency is whatever the shop owner wants (Usually diamonds)  
9. MODS: Do not use any mods that give you an advantage over other players. THIS INCLUDES HACKED CLIENTS.  
10. Any illegally obtained items must be turned in to the admins.  
11. Do not duplicate special items. This includes the Dragon Egg. 

*NEW PLAYER INVITES & NEW PLAYERS RULES* 

- The invitee must be over the age of 13

- The invitee is known moderately well by at least one established server member

- Obviously, new person must agree to the rules in the Discord

- New players must join Discord group chat

Consequences for breaking the rules:

Based on the type, repetition, and amount of infractions you may be warned, penalized, kicked, tempbanned, or permabanned. The above conditions also determine whether you will appear before a court of peers or solely before the Operator Council. If you are tempbanned or permabanned you will be given the banned role on the Discord and can appeal for reentry after your first ban. After your second ban (If you are let back in) you will not be able to appeal. We really do not want to lose anybody, but we really want to keep this server fun and gentlemanly...so we will do what we must. -The Operator Council.  

Players are encouraged to create their own shops to make money! 

These can be at the spawn, near your base, or on the outskirts of someone else's base! 

Note: If you build it on another person's property, they can remove it. 

Rules:

1. Don't steal from shops.
2. Shops are honor system so make sure to leave money.
3. Seller determines price AND currency.
4. Do not put shops in anyone's house or in a govt building.
5. Do not prank or trap shops.
6. Shops themselves may be purchased for a price agreed upon by buyer and seller.
7. A shop’s chosen currency may not be disputed.
